I didn't go looking for Breathwork, I stumbled into it.
But after my first proper session, something shifted.
I felt calmer, more centred, and clearer in both my thoughts and outlook.

At the time, I was a busy mum of two, wife, and business owner, juggling the chaos of life, and carrying the weight of past experiences I thought I’d already dealt with.
I felt I had to hold it all together, guilty to slow down and unsure how to. The heaviness of expectation, mostly from myself, hung like a fog.
Breathwork cleared that fog.
It showed me that what I was searching for was me: calmness, clarity, and connection.
It gave me the space to breathe, to feel, and to heal.

Breathwork helped me step out of burnout and back into myself.
When I first discovered breathwork, I had no idea how much it would change me or how much I needed it. What started as a simple practice to find calm became a journey of coming home to myself.
Through each session, I began to release the layers of stress and expectation I’d been carrying for years. The calm and grounding breathwork brought stopped that constant feeling of overwhelm. I became more focused, more present, and started creating the life I truly wanted.
I feel freer, lighter, and much happier. Is life perfect? No, because nothing is. But I’ve found beauty in life’s lessons, and I believe we’re always evolving, changing, and uncovering new layers of who we are.
Breathwork continues to guide me back to that place of balance and clarity, reminding me that everything I need is already within me.

Every session is guided intuitively, meeting you exactly where you are. Some moments may feel soft, calming and soothing, while others may bring release and emotion. Through it all, I’m there to support you, to help you feel seen, held, and free to let go.
I believe healing doesn’t have to be heavy. It can be spacious, calm, and even beautiful. Breathwork isn't about fixing yourself, it’s about remembering who you are beneath the noise.
